At Demerra, we want you to love every bag you purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how our return and refund process works:
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.
A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Used products, customized pieces, and items without original packaging are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Email us at raventure2104@gmail.com along with clear photos of the issue.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where service is available).
The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and condition.
After approval and successful pickup, your refund will be processed within 7 days to the original mode of payment.
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
Reverse pickups typically occur within 5–7 working days after approval.
